Terms of Service

1. Service

Culius provides an automated intellectual-property analysis service for recipes, plating, technique and naming ("Service"). Reports are generated by AI and are intended as counsel-grade briefing material, not legal advice.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

3. Credits & payment

The Service operates on a per-check credit model at €49 per Recipe IP Check. Credits are added to your account upon successful payment. Credits do not expire and have no cash value.

4. Acceptable use

You may not submit content you do not have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of recipes you submit. You grant Culius a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service. Reports are licensed to you for internal business use.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Culius is not a law firm and reports do not constitute legal advice. Always consult qualified counsel before acting on the analysis.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culius's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
