Refund Policy

Unused credits

Credits that have not been redeemed can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, in line with EU consumer law.

Used credits

Once a credit has been redeemed and a report generated, the digital service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Failed reports

If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.

How to request a refund

Email billing@culius.app with your order reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
